Dogs don't sweat. They pant, and at thirty degrees that isn't enough — particularly for a double-coated dog or a flat-faced breed.
This jacket works by evaporation. You wet it, put it on, and as the water evaporates it cools the dog. Simple principle, and it works for as long as the jacket stays damp.
15% elastane, so it sits close to the body — which is necessary, because without contact the cooling doesn't work.

Use & safety
Wet the jacket with cold water, squeeze out the excess, and put it on. Re-wet as soon as it starts drying — usually after half an hour to an hour.
