  • Rinse in the bucket

Water in, dirt out: everything drains away through 8 holes in the bottom.

  • Balls that float

Six 6 cm rubber balls that bounce well and stay on top of the water.

  • Always a spare ball

Lost one in the bushes? You still have five in the bucket.

Sound familiar?

  • After the beach the car is full of sand from the balls
  • Just when you need a ball, it's gone
  • Your dog wants a ball that stays afloat in the water

After an afternoon on the beach the balls are covered in sand, and half of them are lost. The Dog Comets Meteor Shower keeps everything together: six balls in a bucket with a lid, which doubles as a rinsing tub.

Dirty after play? Put the balls in the bucket, turn the hose on them and the water drains away with the dirt through the 8 holes in the bottom. Then the lid goes on and everything can go straight into the shed. With six balls you always have a spare when one disappears into the bushes.

The Stardust balls are 6 cm across and made of natural and recycled rubber. They bounce well and float on water. The bucket measures 18 x 18 x 19 cm and has a handle, so it comes along easily to the park, the woods or the beach.

How to play

  1. Bring the bucket

Balls in, lid on, and off to the park, the woods or the beach.

  2. Throw and bring back

Start with short throws and reward your dog when he brings the ball back to you.

  3. Rinse and put away

Balls in the bucket, hose on, let it drain and put the lid back on.

Complete the game

Often bought together. Each one goes in with its own button.

Why we sell this

  • At the daycare balls go missing, end up buried in the sand and lie about everywhere. A bucket with a lid that you store six balls in, and rinse them in too, solves that simply. And because the balls float, they can come into the water as well.

Playing and safety

Always supervise play. Choose a ball that doesn't fit entirely in your dog's mouth, so he can't swallow it. Check the balls after play and throw one away if it tears or pieces come off. The bucket is not a toy: put it away after use, out of your dog's reach.

Questions

How do I clean the balls?
Put the balls in the bucket and fill it with water, from the garden hose for example. The water drains away with the dirt through the 8 holes in the bottom. Then you can put everything away straight off.
Which dogs are the balls suitable for?
The balls are 6 cm, slightly smaller than a tennis ball. That's a good size for small and medium dogs. If your dog has a big mouth, make sure the ball can't slip to the back of his throat, and choose a bigger ball if in doubt.
Do the balls float?
Yes. They float on water, so you can throw them into a pond, a lake or the sea.
Can my dog chew on them?
The rubber is firm and springy, but no ball is indestructible. Don't leave your dog to chew on one by himself, and throw a ball away as soon as pieces come off.
